This installation service is available when you buy your Halls Qube+ or Qube Square greenhouse from Steam & Moorland Garden Centre on Malton Road, Pickering, North Yorkshire.
For customers who want their greenhouse assembled correctly, safely and efficiently by an experienced installer, we always recommend this option. By choosing installation at the point of purchase, you avoid common issues with alignment, stability or incorrect fitting, ensuring your new greenhouse performs as intended from day one.
Where we offer our greenhouse installation service
Installation is available across England and Wales, except for the following postcodes: LL, SY, LD, SA.
Please note that Central London may incur a surcharge.
Installation is not available in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Islands or allotment sites as there are no installers currently based in these areas.
What the installation service includes
Your installation covers the full assembly of the greenhouse and base, including the fitting of:
- Downpipes
- Autovents
- Louvres
- Roof vents
- Water butts
- Cresting (where applicable)
Installation timeframe
Our installers aim to complete the build within 14 days of your greenhouse delivery. During peak periods, this timeframe may be extended.
Halls Installation Terms & Conditions: Pre-Installation Requirements
To ensure the installation can proceed without delay, please make sure the following conditions are met:
A flat, true and fully prepared base must be in place.
This surface must be level, stable and clear of obstructions such as manhole covers.
The correct greenhouse base must be ordered
Unless the model comes with an integrated base, the appropriate Halls base is required.
Clear access is essential
The installation area must allow the installer to work around all sides of the structure and be free from overhanging obstacles such as low branches or power lines.
You must inspect your greenhouse upon delivery
Please check all components within 72 hours of delivery. If there are any issues, please report them to customer services on 01242 676625 before your installation date.

Delivery
For most items on the website, there is free delivery when you spend over £50. However for certain large or heavy items there will be a delivery charge incurred at the time of purchase. We use courier delivery for most items, pallet delivery for large/heavy items and aim to have your purchase delivered to you within 3 working days depending on the time/day of purchase.
We only deliver to the United Kingdom and cannot send items abroad at this moment in time.
If you live in the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland please note that an extra charge will also be incurred at the checkout in order to cover higher shipping costs to these areas.
We can deliver riders and tractors across mainland UK. Deliveries of these items within Yorkshire are FREE. Outside of Yorkshire, please contact us by phone on 01751 475666 or email us before purchasing riders and tractors to discuss delivery pricing and timescales.

Note - For any clothing returns to be valid you must return the item in new condition with original tags, returned at your own cost.
