The Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system distributes heat evenly while vaporising juices to enhance flavour, and the porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grids provide excellent heat retention and strong sear marks. A die-cast aluminium hood with built-in temperature gauge improves heat control and insulation, helping the BBQ reach and maintain cooking temperature quickly.
Designed for practical, everyday use, the Gem 310 features folding side shelves for compact storage, a concealed cylinder screen for a cleaner finish, and rugged wheels for easy movement.
